2025 Autumn Healing Retreat

Community, Discussion and Self love, we will sit with both the woman we are today and our inner child and find ways to heal her heart as we heal ourselves. There is beauty strength and courage to be found in the vulnerability of loving ourselves enough to sit with other women and heal our hearts. We can learn so much about ourselves through other stories and examples of their own pain and healing.

We will share, we will cry, we will heal, we will relax. We will dive into different divinations spiritual elements and pieces of the story that have led us to where we are today.

Different healing elements will be incorporated into our weekend together, including things like yoga, sound healing, hands-on energy healing and other spiritual activities that can bring us closer to our own hearts.
